SAFE Haven of Racine receives 2022 Client Appreciation Donation
Charitable donations made on behalf of our clients has become a popular and widely appreciated practice. Given that COVID precautions led us to cancel our annual large-scale, in-person client appreciation events for the past few years, we donated sizeable funds to charitable organizations in lieu of those events.
We opted to continue that practice again in 2022 with the hopeful intent to mark for our 40th Anniversary in 2023 with a return to the in-person event next fall.
The recipient of our 2022 Client Appreciation Donation is SAFE Haven of Racine.
SAFE Haven offers a wide variety of services to support at-risk, homeless and runaway youth. Included in those service are a youth shelter, early childhood education, preventative support groups, housing services, and much more. SAFE Haven was founded as a non-profit organization in 1971 and expanded to incorporate Girls, Inc. in 2007 specifically serving girls aged six to 18.
“Justus and I visited SAFE Haven and were thoroughly impressed with the mission and good work they do on behalf of young people in our community who are in need of supportive services,” said Michael Haubrich, FSG founder. During that visit, Jeanette Brown, SAFE Haven’s executive director, shared their accomplishments, fiscal responsibility, service model with Mike and Justus.
We are confident making this donation on behalf of our clients is an investment in the well-being of our community,” he added.
