While attending the Encore.org Conference in San Francisco earlier this year, Mike Haubrich was approached by numerous reporters who expressed interest in sharing Career Asset Magagement with their readers. The Encore movement, founded by Marc Freedman, supports a new notion of what it means to contribute for those of us over the age of 50. Once viewed as a time of decline, it is now commonly seen as a time of renewed energy and possibility.
