We appreciate your feedback!

Thanks to all of our client households who responded to our call for feedback. As you may be aware, we conduct an opportunity every two years to help us gather input on what we’re doing well and areas where we might improve our service delivery to you.

Due to highly restrictive SEC rules, we are unable to share any specific details of our findings, but suffice it to say, we are pleased that so many of you hold our service and our team in such high regard. Your responses and comments allow us to target areas where we can concentrate our energies and other areas where we can provide more resources and attention. Even though we are limited in sharing, please know that we have reviewed every single survey we received and will be using your feedback in how we communicate with and to you.

Based on our hoped-for response rate of 75%  we made a $1000 donation to the Health Care Network. HCN serves Racine County through health and dental care for those in need thanks to a cadre of more than 350 volunteer health care professionals. HCN executive director, Alison Sergio, joined our May 28 Fireside with FSG video call with clients during which she provided an informative and inspirational message about the organization’s mission.
