As the firm’s COO, Terri oversees all critical functions including HR, client services, accounting, systems and processes, and partner relationships. 

Terri joined FSG in 1996 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She started her career in 1987 as a broker service representative with a major brokerage firm. She completed the Emerging Leaders program at UW-Milwaukee and earned her certificate from that program in 2016.

Terri grew up in Racine. She and her husband, Vince, enjoy attending sporting events, concerts, and spending time with family and friends. Their blended family includes four sons and two dogs.
