Terri D’Alie serves as the Chief Operating Officer at FSG, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm. Her extensive responsibilities cover HR, client service, the company’s finances and accounting, IT, systems and processes, and partner relationships. Terri joined FSG in 1996 and now has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. 

Terri’s career in the financial services industry began in 1987 as a Broker Service Representative at a large brokerage firm in San Diego, CA. During her tenure there, she earned several industry licenses, building a strong foundation for future success. In 1994, Terri returned to Wisconsin, working at a couple of smaller retail brokerage firms before joining FSG in 1996. 

Committed to continuous learning and professional development, Terri completed the Emerging Leaders certificate program at UW-Milwaukee in 2016 and earned a Business Management certificate from Cornell University in 2024. 

At FSG, Terri is dedicated to maintaining high standards of excellence in all operations and fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment. 

A little more on Terri

• A native of Racine, WI, Terri is married to her husband, Vince. Together, they have a blended family of four boys, aged 28-32, and are looking forward to three upcoming weddings in the next three years. Terri and Vince share a love for traveling, attending sporting events and concerts, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends. 
• One of Terri’s most cherished memories is a 2022 trip to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee with her mom, aunt, and cousin. This trip was particularly special as it occurred just four months before her mom passed away. Always eager for new experiences, Terri aims to travel to at least one new destination each year, with Italy and Greece topping her bucket list. 
• Terri attributes her strong work ethic to her parents and first manager in the financial services industry. Beginning at the age of 19, she learned invaluable lessons and received mentorship that has guided her career. Her first manager was a supportive mentor and one of the strongest women she has ever known.
