Pat Bohon, EA
Pat brings a unique combination of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and decades of relationship-building experience to the FSG team. An Enrolled Agent since 2016 and professional tax preparer since 2003, he helps clients navigate complex tax situations with clarity, accuracy, and confidence.
Pat joined the FSG team for the 2024 tax season. He looks forward to working with clients in 2025 for tax planning and tax return preparation.
Pat built a 40-year career in sales, account management, and training—most notably as Strategic Account Manager at Cree Lighting, where he secured and managed multi-million-dollar national accounts in retail warehouse and banking sectors. Known for his collaborative style, he worked closely with sales, marketing, product development, and engineering teams to design and deliver customized solutions for large, multi-decision-maker accounts. His earlier career at Von Schrader Company included designing and leading over 250 customer and partner training programs.
Outside of work, Pat is deeply engaged in his community. He is a founding member and current president of Racine Friendship Clubhouse, president of the Board for NAMI Racine County, chair of the Board for the Racine Heritage Museum, member of Racine Founders Rotary, Money Coach volunteer with SecureFutures, and a longtime supporter of United Way of Racine County—earning its Volunteer of the Year award in 2018.
Pat holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in North American History from Arizona State University. Whether he’s guiding a client through a tax challenge or helping shape the future of a community organization, Pat’s approach is grounded in dedication, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
