Brittany Komorowski, CFP®, EA

Associate Planner

Brittany joined FSG in 2016 following her graduation from UW-Madison. She is responsible for supporting our clients by preparing for, participating in, and following up on client meetings. Brittany also assists with retirement income projections and supporting investment planning. She specializes in tax planning and is responsible for preparing taxes on behalf of our clients.

To further advance her expertise, Brittany earned the CERTIFIED FINANICAL PLANNER ™ designation through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. As a CFP ® practitioner, she successfully filled a set of education, examination, experience and ethics requirements.

She received her Enrolled Agent designation through the Internal Revenue Service in May of 2018. Enrolled Agents are federally authorized tax practitioners with proven technical expertise.

Brittany is a member of the Racine Kenosha Estate Planning Council and Financial Planning Association. She serves on the board of Financial Planning Association of Wisconsin as the NexGen Director.

In her free time, she enjoys giving back to her community.  She is a volunteer with the IRS’s Volunteer Tax Income Assistance program to prepare tax returns for low income individuals and is a Secure Futures volunteer, teaching financial literacy to high school students.

She enjoys bringing her cheery demeanor to her work and getting the opportunity to help clients live their great lives.

Terri D’Alie

Administrator

As firm administrator, Terri is responsible for client service, quarterly report and invoicing functions, licensing, the firm’s accounting, and managing support staff.Terri joined FSG in 1996 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.  She started her career in 1987 as a broker service representative with a major brokerage firm. Since then she has handled back office operations, trading, compliance, licensing, and client service responsibilities.

Terri grew up in Racine. She and her husband, Vince, enjoy attending sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Bob Francour, CPA

Tax Preparer

Bob joined FSG in 2010 as a tax preparer.  He is a CPA who retired after spending the last 20 years of his career in the tax department of an auto parts company.  His retirement coincided with our need for a tax professional.

Bob said the most rewarding part of the job is helping clients reduce their tax liability.  He is involved in tax preparation, planning and projections as well as research.

Bob and his wife Kathy live in Mt. Pleasant and are kept “young” by their three grandsons.

Kim Molbeck

Clerical Assistant

Kim joined FSG in March 2013 as a part-time office assistant. The mother of four, Kim is excited to be returning to work outside the home where she can be a part of a team and meet new people.

Prior to starting her family, she studied economics at UW-Parkside and UW-LaCrosse.

When not at work, Kim enjoys gardening, landscaping, interior painting and attending her childrens’ sporting and other activities.

Traci Pedersen

Administrative Assistant

Traci joined the Financial Service Group team in December, 2015 as our Administrative Assistant replacing Lori, who generously postponed her plans to spend more time traveling with her husband while we found a permanent replacement.

Coming to us from Elizabeth Gardens, a senior assisted living community, where she served as the facility’s manager, Traci is familiar with all aspects of keeping an office running smoothly. She is deeply experienced in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters particularly related to intergenerational relationships. And she’s simply just a down-right pleasure to be around! She received her undergraduate degree and graduated Cum Laude from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Tami Witt

Communications, Org Development & Change Management

In 2008, after 25 years serving in various communication leadership roles in corporate America, Tami launched Asset Communication, LLC.  Since that time Tami has consulted with Financial Service Group and many other clients to help them maximize resources, improve employee engagement, manage change initiatives, boost the effectiveness of their communication, and help prepare emerging talent to be leaders.  Applying her communication, org development and change management expertise, Tami works from offices in southeast Wisconsin and metro-Phoenix, Arizona.  She works with local, national and global businesses in diverse industries including manufacturing, consumer products, higher education, finance, environmental protection, agriculture, and professional services as well as with non-profit organizations.
